Kamyen is seeking a highly motivated and polished Sales Associate to join its boutique at One&Only Aesthesis for the Summer 2026 season. This is a unique opportunity to represent a high jewellery brand within a luxury resort environment, engaging with an international and high-net-worth clientele.

Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience, while driving sales performance and building long-term client relationships. You will act as a true brand ambassador, confidently presenting and selling high-value jewellery pieces, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive individual and boutique sales, working towards and exceeding monthly targets
- Deliver a refined, personalized client experience aligned with luxury standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP and repeat guests
- Confidently present and sell high jewellery pieces, communicating craftsmanship and brand story
- Proactively engage with resort guests and convert traffic into sales
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards at all times
- Support stock control and ensure proper handling of high-value products
- Collaborate with the wider resort team to identify sales opportunities
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in luxury retail (jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion preferred)
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Confident working with high-net-worth and international clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Well-presented, professional, and service-oriented
