Περιγραφή

LMW is seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator on behalf of a leading car leasing company.

Responsibilities
  • Handle client requests in timely manner and cultivate a professional yet friendly relationship with key contacts
  • Follow up all requests until they are closed
  • Prepare and send proposals to clients within the agreed timeframe
  • Ensure that orders are logged are processed quickly and with accuracy
  • Keep the sales information systems updated
  • Coordinate with all departments in order to ensure that clients requests are handled efficiently
  • Handle and resolve client’s complaints
  • Prepare Presentations for clients / prospects
  • Ensure that all reports are provided to clients in accuracy and within the agreed time frame
  • Perform visits to clients along with Sales Executives when necessary, according to Sales Plan
  • Coordinate contract implementation meetings and make all necessary actions for the smooth client onboarding
  • Log all interactions with clients in the relevant CRM tool
  • Answer to every incoming call and respond to emails
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines and ensure that the communication style is in line with the LeasePlan’s General Rules and brand identity
  • Meet all agreed SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 2+ years of experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
  • Customer services experience over the telephone
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in English - verbal and written
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and relevant system applications
  • Knowledge of supporting and administrative processes
  • IT literate with excellent command of MS Office suite
