Our company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join Santorini Horse Riding and help us create unforgettable horseback riding experiences while providing exceptional service to our guests.
This is a dynamic role combining reception, reservations, guest relations, sales, and operations management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings, communicating with partners, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Main Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Reservations
- Welcoming guests and making them feel at home.
- Managing reservations via email, phone, WhatsApp, and online booking systems.
- Confirming bookings and maintaining accurate calendars.
- Assisting guests with questions before and during their visit.
- Handling payments, receipts, and invoicing.
Sales & Partner Relations
- Promoting and selling our horseback riding experiences.
- Communicating with hotels, travel agencies, concierges, and tour operators.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Assisting with business development and partnership opportunities.
Operations & Administration
- Supervising daily operations and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Creating and managing invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Coordinating transfer services and guest logistics when required.
- Supporting the management team with administrative tasks.
Social Media & Marketing
- Assisting with social media content creation.
- Taking photos and videos of guests and horses.
- Helping create engaging posts, stories, and promotional content.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and partner promotions.
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception and guest area.
