What you will do:

- Mentoring, training, and developing the
team.
- Ensuring the proper operation of the store
according to company standards.
- Maximizing sales opportunities and
monitoring store KPIs to achieve profitability.
- Promoting a customer-centric culture
by ensuring a high level of service.
- Participating in code reviews,
fostering code quality and team collaboration.
- Contributing to the enhancement of
development processes and tools.

- Experience in a supervisory or assistant
management role within retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members
to meet objectives.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking
abilities.
