Sunfabrics is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager with strong leadership abilities, commercial awareness, and a proven track record in multi unit operations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all the day to day operations ,both to the office and also to the production departments, and make changes where needed
- Implement action plans to improve operational and financial performance
- Ensure that company standards for quality, service, codes of ethics are consistently maintained
- Drive profitability, and operational efficiency
- Lead, coach and support teams
- Undertake the recruitment of new employees
- Analyze and monitor all costs and expenses and provide operational everyday reports to ceo
- Support the implementation of new initiatives, processes, and business improvement projects
