ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking a German Customer Support
Agent to join a company that provides roadside assistance and emergency services to German members traveling.
📌 Location:
- Glyfada (on-site, office near Elliniko metro station) for Athens-based candidates
- Remote for candidates based in other cities across Greece
🕒 Working Hours:
📄 Contract: Till 30/09 with potential of renewal
What you will do:
Provide customer and technical support to German members traveling, assisting with roadside assistance and emergency situations. The role focuses on ensuring fast, professional, and effective support to customers in need.
More specifically:
- Handle incoming calls and support requests from German-speaking members
- Provide assistance related to roadside breakdowns and emergency situations
- Coordinate with service providers and local partners for timely support
- Offer clear guidance and information to customers in stressful situations
- Log and update customer cases in internal systems accurately
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction at all times
- Follow company procedures and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
What we are looking for:
- Academic background in Communication or related field is considered a plus, but not required
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant duties is considered an advantage
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
