Bartender - Barista

Mykonos Princess Hotel is looking for a passionate and motivated Bartender / Barista to join our team.

The position refers to the hotel’s Pool Bar, which serves both guests at the pool bar and sunbed area, as well as the hotel’s lunch and dinner operations. The ideal candidate should be able to provide exceptional guest service in a professional and friendly manner, while also supporting the waiter team by serving drinks whenever required. 

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffees, beverages, cocktails and drinks according to hotel standards
• Provide attentive and professional service to guests at the pool area, bar and restaurant
• Support lunch and dinner operations by serving drinks and assisting the waiter team when required
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene standards of the bar area
• Assist with daily bar operations and stock management
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and hospitality

Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum experience as a Bartender/Barista in a 4 or 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Sales skills will be considered as an asset
• Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills
• Team work spirit
• Knowledge of the F&B procedures will be considered as an asset
