LMW is seeking a HR Operations & International Payroll Consultant (Mid–Senior Level) to join our expanding International Division.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured HR work, international exposure, and direct communication with global clients and partners. You will manage HR operations and payroll-related processes for employees not only in Greece, but also in countries where LMW operates such as Malta, Portugal, Cyprus, and others , in close collaboration with local payroll providers and internal teams.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong HR operations experience, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across multiple countries and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
International Payroll Coordination
- Manage payroll calculations for international employees (e.g., Malta, Portugal, Cyprus), ensuring accuracy according to each country’s rules and social security contributions.
- Collaborate closely with local payroll providers abroad (international partners) to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure monthly compliance.
- Maintain payroll calendars, employee data, and monthly change logs across multiple countries.
- Review and reconcile payroll outputs before final approval.
HR Operations (Multinational portfolio)
- Handle HR administrative processes such as contracts, amendments, onboarding documentation, terminations, and HR database updates.
- Support time & attendance tracking and leave management across different jurisdictions.
- Prepare employment documentation and ensure alignment with local legislation (in cooperation with providers).
- Produce accurate HR reporting, trackers, and monthly audits.
Client & Employee Communication
- Act as a first point of contact for international clients to understand their initial request before formal alignment with the International Services Manager.
- Communicate effectively with multinational employees regarding HR matters, onboarding steps, monthly payroll queries, and documentation needs.
- Understand international employment models such as EOR (Employer of Record) and HR outsourcing flows.
Operational Support to the International Services Manager
- Prepare commercial proposals and service outlines based on defined templates.
- Support the setup of new international accounts (documentation, onboarding packs, data collection).
- Handle follow-ups, scheduling, client correspondence, and process coordination.
- Ensure seamless internal communication between HR, payroll, finance, and international partners.
