Key Responsibilities
1. Mixology &
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with
precision and creativity.
- Craft espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages with
consistency and attention to detail.
- Innovate drink offerings while maintaining quality standards.
2. Guest Service
Excellence
- Provide outstanding service, anticipating guest needs and
ensuring memorable experiences.
- Build strong guest relationships and respond professionally to
requests or complaints.
3. Cleanliness &
Sanitation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic bar and coffee station in
accordance with hotel standards.
- Follow all local health and safety regulations.
4. Inventory &
Stock Management
- Monitor beverage and coffee supplies, ensuring accurate records
and timely replenishment.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock according to
hotel procedures.
5. Teamwork &
Coordination
- Collaborate with other F&B team members to ensure smooth
daily operations.
- Support colleagues during busy periods while maintaining a
professional demeanor.
