Description
As a Waiter, you will play a key role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and prompt manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and drinks available
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up dining areas before and after service
- Handle payment transactions and providing accurate change to customers
