We are currently looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our fantastic team! 

*** Remote Mode (However, permanent residency in Athens is a prerequisite for this position)

*** Contract Type: Fixed-term, 6 months

 

About the Role: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administration Specialist to support our HR operations and play a key role in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (SF). This role will help ensure a smooth transition to the new HR system while maintaining day-to-day HR administrative processes

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including data migration, system testing, and process documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, documentation, system updates)
  • Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate employee information
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, amendments, certificates, and letters
  • Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal HR policies
  • Handle employee queries related to HR administration topics
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g. payroll providers, authorities)
  • Support reporting by providing necessary documentation and data

 

We are looking for a person who has: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR Administration or similar role will be considered an asset
  • Experience with HRIS systems; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong command of English
