We are seeking a results‑focused Exports Area Sales Manager to accelerate our growth across key global markets. The position is based in Liti – Thessaloniki.

🚀 Key Responsibilities (Sales Focus)

  • Drive sales growth in assigned export markets by actively promoting and selling the company’s product portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a structured sales plan to acquire new customers and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong pipelines, and convert leads into long‑term partnerships.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to offer competitive, customized solutions.
  • Track competitor activity and provide strategic insights to support market positioning and pricing strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, offers, and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate win‑win agreements aligned with profitability goals and long-term expansion strategy.
  • Monitor key sales KPIs, perform cost‑benefit analyses, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Keep management updated with accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market performance indicators.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

🎯 Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel abroad following a structured sales trip plan
  • 3+ years of proven experience in export sales, ideally within competitive international markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communication or related fields.
  • Strong sales record with measurable achievements and a talent for building strategic customer relationships.
  • Commercial mindset, goal orientation, and strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Persistence, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, German, Italian,Arabic) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
