Maintenance Technician

Raycap S.A., a global manufacturer and supplier of electrical protection, connectivity, and power management solutions for telecommunications, energy, transportation, and other industrial markets, seeks to recruit

Maintenance Technician in Drama, Greece.

Scope

Support the Maintenance Team in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of machinery and equipment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and servicing automated plant machinery to minimize downtime
• Provide support during equipment or machinery repairs
• Help identify and analyze equipment failures and contribute to corrective actions
• Support technical training sessions for team members
• Assist in coordinating work performed by outside contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and good working practices
• Monitor operations and report any issues to senior technicians
• Participate in maintaining high standards of Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Information Security policies

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under guidance
• Willingness to work on an on-call schedule
• Ability to work in shifts
• Teamwork spirit, transparency, and results orientation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
