FX, Money Market & OTC Derivatives Operations Administrator 

Job Description

•   Ensure complete and accurate capturing of transactions in the systems.

•   Create and send Swift messages.

•   Post accounting entries.

•   Communication with counterparties where and when required.

•   Monitoring of margin calls related to OTC Derivatives transactions and settlement 

•   Perform various reconciliations related to collateral management

•   Preparation and dispatch of valuation statements for clients 

•   Review of Treasury activity related Legal Agreements against the Bank’s policy

•   Hold a Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.

•   Any related professional experience will be considered an asset.

•   Have basic knowledge of investment products (Bonds, OTC Derivatives etc.) 

•   Proficient use of the MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word.

•   Very good knowledge of the English language.

•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•   Collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
