We are currently seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Maintenance and Front Office, to promptly address maintenance issues or guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Train staff on the proper handling of chemicals, equipment, and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar or related position, preferably in 4* or 5* hotels.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to effectively manage guest complaints.
• Good command of English (additional languages will be considered an asset).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Professional appearance, reliability, and team spirit.
