Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized F&B Store Officer to oversee inventory control and warehouse operations within our F&B environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating stock takes, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting cost control procedures in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct spot checks of inventory, warehouse documentation, and cash counts.
• Oversee physical receipt of goods (price and quality control).
• Organize and coordinate stock takes in cooperation with the F&B Control department and department heads of outlets.
• Ensure strict adherence to reporting deadlines (Accounting, F&B, etc.).
• Enter and manage standard recipes in the ERP system.

Requirements/Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in an F&B environment (restaurant / hotel).
• Strong computer skills, including very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of EMC, SAP, or other ERP systems will be considered an asset.
• Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
