Implement data entry/registration of IP applications and TP beneficiaries into the Asylum Database
Collect biometric data, as part of the registration of the asylum claims and TP beneficiaries into the Asylum Database
Provide information to IP applicants, TP beneficiaries and their representatives or other parties entitled to receive information on case specific and/or on the overall asylum procedure
Manage efficiently the presence and flow of applicants within the respective operating area of the Greek Asylum Service
Support in the proper allocation of interpreters to facilitate the operational activities
Upload scanned documents on the Asylum Database
Provide administrative support in accordance with the GAS Standard Operating Procedures, relevant guidance and EUAA working instructions
Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports in accordance with EUAA guidance and relevant working instructions
Manage documents/Scan/Archive
Keep records and manage tools and databases
Liaise with staff and external stakeholders regarding routine procedures
When appointed, support the daily and long-term planning of registrations and interviews and act as focal point and liaison for registrations and overall planning of interviews
When appointed, perform any coordination, supervision and reporting tasks concerning the implementation of registrations
Attend regular meetings with EUAA at local level
Participate in trainings organised by EUAA or other stakeholders, locally or in other locations, when requested
Provide to EUAA regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services, challenges faced and best practices observed
Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile
