Junior HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in payroll processes, including management of overtime, hiring and termination contracts
- Submit and maintain employee data in ERGANI (new hires, contract renewals, interns, work schedules, etc.)
- Compile, update, and maintain employee records (digital & physical files)
- Ensure smooth operation of office supplies and workplace needs
- Support recruitment activities and candidate coordination
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide timely support
