Anatolia American University employs Program Assistants to support student engagement, cultural integration, community development and programming across Residence Life.
The Program Assistant serves as a primary contributor to the residential student experience, focusing on relationship building, student support, and structured programming initiatives.
Program Assistants are assigned to a specific residence building and act as bridges between the Residence Life community by holding defined programming and community engagement responsibilities, with measurable reporting expectations that ensure accountability and consistency across the residential system.
Program Assistants participate in a structured on-call rotation, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and are expected to respond promptly to urgent situations as they arise. Due to the live-in nature of the position, the Program Assistant must be available to respond to emergencies at any time.

- Definite Duration, Full Time employment terms which are Semester-Based (Fall, Spring, Summer) and renewable upon performance and need
