HR Associate

ICAP Executive Search on behalf of ASOFIN Management SA (part of Onassis Group of Companies), is looking for a skilled professional for the position of HR Associate to join their team.

HR Associate (6327/HRA/RS/GR)

Key responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR administration and employee requests
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data and documentation
• Collect and validate payroll inputs, attendance, shifts and leave records
• Monitor Digital Work Card entries and resolve discrepancies
• Support recruitment coordination and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with HR procedures and deadlines
• Prepare HR reports and support process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration or HR Operations
• Knowledge of HR processes, payroll inputs and employee administration
• Familiarity with HRIS systems; SAP SuccessFactors and ERGANI are strong assets
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
