Working within a state-of-the-art kitchen and supported by a highly experienced Executive Chef of exceptional caliber, you will have the structure and resources to perform at the highest professional level.
Alma Beach opens in May and is a luxury, tranquil beach club, combining exceptional food quality, refined service and an elegant natural setting. Our culinary philosophy focuses on premium ingredients, clean flavors and flawless execution, aligned with a calm and elevated guest experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and overseeing all kitchen operations on a daily basis.
- Ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation across all dishes.
- Managing and inspiring the kitchen team, fostering professionalism and collaboration.
- Working closely with the Executive Chef on menu execution, standards and development.
- Maintaining high levels of organization, cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Managing kitchen workflows to support smooth, efficient service.
- Monitoring food costs, waste control and ordering procedures.
