The Product Manager will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of the categories of ownership. The ideal candidate is expected to showcase a combination of business acumen, critical thinking, results orientation, new product development and project management skills. The role reports to the Group Product Manager.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manages key stages of the product lifecycle, including concept development, launch, performance tracking, and optimization
- Analyzes market and consumer trends to identify growth potential and white space for the categories of responsibility
- Supports in the execution of the multi-year category and product strategy in line with Endless EC’s overall commercial goals.
- Designs the annual sales budget for the product categories in the area of responsibility
- Collaborates effectively cross functionally (with R&D, Production, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and timely product delivery.
- Monitors sales activities within the product categories of responsibility
- Proposes promotional and trade marketing plans for the product categories of responsibility
- Supports in the development of business case and pricing strategies for new and existing products.
- Collaborates with Finance and Sales to monitor category P&L, ensuring delivery of volume, margin, and profit objectives.
- Delivers compelling brand positioning, communications, and go-to-market campaigns.
- Fosters a collaborative, results-oriented team culture aligned with Endless EC’s values.
- Tracks and reports on KPIs including market share, volume growth, profitability, and brand health.
