Digital Designer
The Role: The Digital Designer will create and execute digital creatives that support target-driven campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally with design and marketing teams, and ensure the brand’s digital presence is visually appealing, consistent, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-volume digital assets for social, web & CRM, following campaign key visuals and brand guidelines
- Take ownership of the technical execution of assets using Figma templates, automation, and AI tools
- Implement small, smart visual tweaks based on performance data (CTR, engagement)
- Support and maintain the Intelligent Asset Library (icons, patterns, motion elements)
- Collaborate within product squads or jump on major projects as needed
