We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Tax Accountant to join our Tax Services team in Athens and help us deliver excellence for our clients.

About the role:

As an Assistant Tax Accountant, you will assist the tax team with preparing and reviewing filings, ensuring compliance, and supporting clients with their tax obligations while developing your technical expertise in tax accounting.

Your role will include:

• Bookkeeping and account reconciliations

• Preparation of tax declarations

• Liaising with Tax authorities, intermediaries (being banks, lawyers or financial advisors, auditors), and colleagues

• Maintaining an up-to-date technical knowledge of business tax matters.

What we are looking for:

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field (MSc will be considered an asset)

• 1- 2 years of relevant experience in an audit or accounting firm

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Team player with strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Positive attitude, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility

• Willingness to learn and continuously develop
