Axia Hospitality, one of Greece's leading Hotel Sales, Reservations, Consulting and Management companies, is looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Athens.

This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth communication between departments, clients and partners, and contributing to the efficient running of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails and general correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and company calendars
  • Organize business travel arrangements, accommodation and transportation when required
  • Prepare, format and maintain company documents, reports and presentations
  • Support communication with clients, hotel partners, suppliers and external associates
  • Maintain filing systems, records and company databases
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Assist in the organization of company meetings, events and industry exhibitions
  • Follow up on administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of outstanding actions
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and company departments

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support or coordinator role
  • Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude, discretion and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality, tourism or service industry
  • Experience coordinating business travel and events
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business software
