- Preparation and processing of monthly payroll calculations in accordance with Greek legislation
- Ensuring accurate payroll accounting entries and reconciliation with financial records
- Management and submission of payroll declarations through ERGANI
- Preparation of payroll-related financial reports and statistical data
- Monitoring payroll costs and supporting internal financial reporting
- Maintaining and updating payroll data in ERP systems
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and internal controls
- Collaboration with accounting teams and external partners regarding payroll and employee compensation matters
Experience: 3-4 years in payroll processing, ideally within an accounting office
