The Role:
As a Heat Tracing Engineer, you will join our Heating Team and receive structured training in the design, costing, and implementation of electric heat tracing systems. No prior heat tracing experience is required — we are looking for candidates with a solid technical foundation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
You will gradually take responsibility for project activities while working closely with experienced engineers, clients, and international vendors on real industrial and energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of heat tracing systems based on project requirements
- Support project execution from quotation to delivery
- Prepare cost estimates and technical documentation with guidance
- Learn to identify suitable heating solutions for industrial applications
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Provide technical support as part of the projects team
- Participate in continuous technical and product training programs
Qualifications:
- Engineering or technical degree (Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or related field)
- No prior heat tracing experience required
- Willingness to learn and develop technical and commercial skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
