We are currently seeking on behalf of our client, a multinational company that manufactures refrigeration equipment and coolers, a Sales Coordinator to play a key role in their sales and logistics processes. In this role, you’ll act as the vital link between the Sales Department and Production Plants, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Enter accurate monthly sales forecast data in the Forecasting System and update accordingly based on Production Plants confirmations.
- Timely and accurately maintain Sales Administration Delivery report with orders, deliveries, and invoicing data.
- Process monthly sales data and actuals sales data in company systems
- Maintain up-to-date monthly sales records in collaboration with the Sales team
- Compile and maintain the products specifications according to customers’ needs, ensuring conformity with pricing policy.
- Monitor sales order status with Plants and inform sales force for deliveries
- Coordinate deliveries with plants and customers; issue, receive and maintain necessary export/import documentation. Control and check relevant documents
- Manage invoicing receiving intercompany invoices, issuing customer invoices and maintain control of commission & rebate control and duties payment.
- Manage customer collections and advise Finance for invoices and payments status as well as duties payment
- Update company system and customer database; new customers registration and existing customers’ records update and annual renewal of payment and credit terms of customers
