ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a global distributor of specialty materials and a leading producer of essential minerals with over 140 years of successful operation, is seeking an Expeditor.

What you will do:

• Issue documents for domestic and export activities
• Manage cooperation with logistics partners in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and service level
• Control and monitor outbound deliveries
• Actively monitor and manage the customer service level of logistics partners
• Invoice customers
• Manage sampling activities

What we are looking for:

Knowledge and Skills:

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Advanced MS Office user
• ERP experience (SAP)
• Good knowledge of Incoterms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Teamwork and collaboration orientation

Education (Degree/Diploma):

• High school diploma or university degree, preferably in Traffic & Logistics or Economics

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in a trading, logistics, or distribution company
