Room Service Attendant

Order Delivery: Deliver food and beverage orders to guests' rooms promptly, accurately, and with exceptional presentation, following the established service sequence.

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience from delivery to setup. Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests courteously.

Setup & Presentation: Professionally set up orders in the guests' rooms, ensuring tables, trays, and equipment are arranged for maximum comfort and aesthetic appeal.

Coordination: Process orders accurately, maintain clear communication with the kitchen and the rest of the team.

Cleanliness & Efficiency: Collect trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors in a timely and discreet manner. Maintain the room service station, equipment, and trolleys in impeccable condition, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and organization.

• Proven experience in a food & beverage service role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment
• Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety standards is essential
• Valid European or international driving license (required)
