We are currently seeking to recruit for season 2026:

Room Service Waiter

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation to support the team and guests.
• Ensure top-quality service by actively seeking guest feedback and aiming for the highest satisfaction.
• Adhere to company health and safety regulations, maintaining impeccable personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Prepare and deliver amenities in accordance with Astra Suites standards.
• Communicate special guest requests efficiently to the kitchen and relevant departments.
• Take orders courteously and efficiently.
• Provide advice on food and drink pairings when requested.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages.
• Present a positive and professional image to guests and colleagues at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Micros.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
