Key Responsibilities
- Wine Service: Provide expert wine recommendations and deliver professional wine service to enhance the guest dining experience
- Wine Program: Manage the wine list, including selection, purchasing, stock rotation, and cellar organization
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and create memorable pairings
- Team Training: Train and support the front-of-house team to build wine knowledge and service confidence
- Events: Plan and execute wine dinners, tastings, and special wine-related events
- Standards & Compliance: Maintain high standards of hygiene, glassware care, and wine service etiquette
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Sommelier in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Formal wine education (e.g., WSET Level 2 or higher) preferred
- Deep knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and food pairings
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Passion for wine and a commitment to continuous learning
