Junior Design Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Junior Design Engineer to join our Product Design team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Design Engineer, supporting both the design and coordination of new product development projects, ensuring smooth communication, accurate project tracking, and adherence to timelines.

Your Responsibilities:

• 3D design of products and components using CAD software
• Support the coordination of new product development projects from customer request to final delivery
• Work closely with the Senior Design Engineer to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with technical requirements
• Register and maintain project data in the company’s project management platform
• Track project timelines, update statuses, and follow up on key milestones (design, mold construction, production)
• Act as a communication link between internal departments (R&D, Production, and Quality)
• Assist in the preparation and updating of Technical Specifications and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality Assurance System

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Very good knowledge of 3D design software (CAD)
• Familiarity with project management tools or ERP systems will be considered an asset
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Very good command of English
• Ability to travel within Greece or abroad
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage structured data
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow within a project-oriented environment
