Host / Hostess

The resort is a boutique property with 56 suites & villas and is a proud member of the well-respected and world-known Relais & Chateaux affiliation.

As a Hotel Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience. You will ensure that all guests feel valued, guided, and supported throughout their dining. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

You will greet guests upon arrival, manage reservations and seating flow, communicate with service teams, and ensure seamless coordination between departments to uphold our brand’s high service standards. The ideal candidate is poised, professional, and committed to delivering memorable guest experiences.

• Previous experience as Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Service Agent (ideally in luxury hospitality).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; warm and polished presence.
• Strong organizational ability with attention to detail and guest flow management.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Greek, French, German, etc.) are an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods.
  
• Professional appearance, grooming, and etiquette consistent with luxury standards.
• Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special requests to service teams.
• Assist with answering phones, taking reservations, and responding to guest inquiries.
• Being able to provide information on menus, hotel facilities, and services when required.
  
• Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Comfortable using reservation or POS software; computer literacy (MS Office) preferred.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
