Looking for a role where your love for the  Serbo-Croatian/Bosnian language and helping others plays a major factor? We are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian Travel Customer Service Care Agent - Remote/On-site. In this opportunity, you will be part of a fast-paced team, enjoying flexible working hours, and have the chance to grow within a company that's focused on delivering top-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming chat, mail or phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Fluency in Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian (C1 - C2)
  • Very good command of English (B2 – C1)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
