ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a dynamic and growing organization in the automotive sector, is seeking a candidate for the position of:

Public Sector Tenders Administrator (6172/PTSA/ESS/GR)

Role Description:

• Identify and consistently monitor public tenders through relevant platforms.
• Prepare and collect required participation documentation in collaboration with internal departments.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tender submission files.
• Manage and submit offers through electronic tendering platforms.
• Monitor tender progress, contract execution, deliveries, and payments.
• Update ERP systems and internal databases.
• Prepare and present reports to Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of public tender procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
