Customer Service Representative

How you will Contribute:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication.
• Manage client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
• Support daily operations by preparing and reviewing shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a high-quality customer experience.

What We’re Looking For in You:

• Previous experience in a similar customer service or logistics role will be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle requests effectively and professionally.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily workload efficiently.
