ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Strategic Municipal Consultant to join their team in Crete.

Strategic Municipal Consultant (6180/SMC/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities

• Strategic project communication & municipal engagement
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to present the project to target municipalities
• Organize and conduct meetings with public authorities
• Build relationships with municipal officials to foster collaboration and partnership
• Ensure clear communication of the project goals, timeline, and expected outcomes
• Provide updates and ensure smooth execution of programs in municipalities
• Track progress of municipal collaborations and report outcomes to management
• Conduct SWOT analyses and other assessments to prioritize initiatives and optimize municipal impact
• Act as a project ambassador to increase visibility and support for project initiatives

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with municipal and public stakeholders
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to “sell” the project concept persuasively
• Experience or aptitude in strategic management and planning
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple engagements and follow-ups simultaneously
• Passion for social impact, animal welfare, and community engagement initiatives
