We are looking for:

• Experience in restaurant management positions and hospitality
• Strong leadership and great people skills with ability to manage a big team
• Customer Service enthusiast
• Wine knowledge
• Knowledge of English and/or Greek
• Computer Knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Lead the restaurant team and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Guide and support in order to provide the highest quality products and service as per the Brand and Company standards
• Create and support a culture of trust and ownership where performance is recognised and progression is promoted.
