🖋️You will be reporting to: Managing Director
What you will do:
We
are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist to implement all
HR processes in Kärcher Greece and ensure the efficiency of the HR, achieving a
high level of internal customer satisfaction.
More specifically, the candidate will:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end
recruitment process in collaboration with the respective hiring Manager,
ensuring alignment with local procedures.
- Develop and oversee induction plans
for new hires, including individual follow-up to guarantee the quality,
content, and successful completion of the onboarding process.
HR Support & Collaboration:
- Provide dedicated HR support and
guidance to the Managing Director and Managers at Kärcher Greece.
- Actively collaborate with the
Regional HR Manager on improvement projects, contributing regional best practices and
ideas.
- Administer the Digital Work Card
(ERGANI system) in accordance with Greek labor law.
Talent Development & Training:
- Analyze organizational training
needs and coordinate the execution of the approved training plan.
- Identify internal talent, and
coordinate development initiatives, career pathing, and growth opportunities
within the company.
- Collaborate in the fulfilment of all
the labour aspects and legal topics HR in coordination with the MD and Finance
& Administration director.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably
in Recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Βυsiness
Αdministration, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in human resources
will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication,
negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working across multiple
departments in a deadline-driven environment
