Logistics Specialist

Job Description

• Execute daily distribution planning aligned with operational priorities & SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal (e.g. Customer Service, Warehouse, Supply Chain) and external (e.g. drivers/hauliers, customers) stakeholders, to enhance logistics performance and service quality.
• Monitor and evaluate hauler/carrier performance using predefined KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, delivery, issues and claims promptly, maintaining a strong customer – centric approach.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper use of systems related to transportation planning and execution.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in supply chain or Logistics will be a plus.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain / Customer Service / Logistics position.
• SAP / ERP systems experience will be highly evaluated.
• Knowledge of English language.
• Organization skills, attention to detail.
• Ownership, team spirit.
