Junior Quality & Pharmacovigilance Associate

Job Description

• Register and manage quality complaints, product enquiries and adverse events in the Trackwise system

• Ensure accurate documentation and GDPR-compliant handling of customer data

• Support investigation of product quality complaints in collaboration with Global Safety, Regulatory and Supply teams

• Monitor case follow-ups and ensure timely closure

• Provide administrative support in Quality & Safety operations (returns, non-conformities, product release, QMS documentation)

• Prepare regular internal reports according to company procedures

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry or related Life Sciences field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Team-oriented mindset

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Experience with Trackwise or SharePoint will be considered an asset
