The Technical Sales Representative will have the following responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the fastening systems sector.
• Designing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and secure major construction projects.
• Providing commercial support and further developing relationships with the company's current clientele, ensuring high partner satisfaction.
• Providing specialized technical advice and application support, both on and off site, to ensure proper product usage.
• Drafting relevant technical offers and proposals.
• Organizing and conducting corporate presentations to engineers and technical companies.
• Managing CRM and reporting.

The ideal candidate for the Technical Sales Representative role must possess:

• Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, or a related field) with a strong technical background
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction sector, with an emphasis on technical sales or project management
• Knowledge of building regulations, safety standards, and approval or certification procedures for technical materials (e.g., ETA, CE) is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Very good IT and office tools (MS Office) skills, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and digital reporting platforms
• Ability to travel (Northern Greece)
