Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and service quality.
• Train and coach bar staff for top performance.
• Monitor drink quality and brand standards.
• Design creative new cocktail menus.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Professional command of Greek and English.
• Minimum 3–4 years of bar management experience in upscale or lifestyle hotels 
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends 
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced operations and motivate teams
