As a Maintenance Manager you will
- Ensure daily that the services provided by your department comply
with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage and monitor equipment and materials
- Study and present in advance the labor and material costs of
projects
- Supervise electrical systems and automation
- Guide, train, and oversee the maintenance team
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as
housekeeping and front desk, to ensure the hotel’s maintenance needs are met
- Have knowledge of and follow all company Health & Safety
policies and procedures on a daily basis
- Collaborate efficiently with the procurement team for proper
ordering and allocation of materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Degree and/or relevant professional certification
- At least 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Excellent command of Greek, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of English is desirable
- Strong leadership skills and team-building ability
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
