We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented, who will play a key role in managing and optimizing our supply chain activities. Responsibilities:
- Monitoring stock levels across major product groups and SKUs
- Tracking market trends and continuously updating purchase prices for key items
- Developing a system to monitor inventory based on sales, purchase prices, and storage costs
- Evaluating department quotations and approving purchases
- Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers and submitting offers for high-value items
- Analyzing statistical data/indicators (e.g., storage costs, purchase prices, demurrage)
- Conducting market research to identify and assess new suppliers
- Evaluating existing suppliers
- Verifying agreed prices and payment terms
- Supporting the smooth execution of import procedures
- Organizing an action plan aimed at cost reduction and efficient procurement department management
