Scope of role
The Brand Commercial Manager is responsible for the sales department of Greece and some other countries, including functions of Network Development & Management, Product Management, and Logistic & Distribution. He/she makes sure that activities are planned and implemented to ensure the maximum share in the relevant segments and market of Greece and some other countries. He/she also ensures that sales performance is in line with the agreed targets, through motivation of dealers and sales staff. Furthermore, he/she must ensure that plans are in place to follow International Overseas guidelines and procedures, and maintain a good professional relation with the International Overseas Team.
What you will focus on
- Drive dealers to achieve market sales objectives by following Commercial guidelines, implementing BRAND standards, and increasing new car and LCV retail sales
- Provide coordination and support to the entire sales network in Greece and some other countries, including developing and managing the sales and aftersales network
- Monitor and maintain the pipeline of the LCV to ensure that BRAND can fulfill agreed targets, including ordering vehicles and preparing the product & pricing strategy for the Greek market and some other countries
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales, and communicate results and reports regularly to maximize market performance
- Organize and suggest valuable trainings, both prescribed by BRAND and additional ones, to enhance dealer and brand loyalty throughout Greece
- Identify opportunities with dealers, customers, and market development while performing sales activities on major accounts and negotiating prices and discounts with BRAND and the Dealer
- Manage personnel, develop sales and sales support staff, and establish sales policies, practices, and procedures, adapting BRAND International policy for Greece.
- Be part of the Management group, contributing to the achievement of yearly targets and the development of the company's long-term strategy
