Groom
The Role:
The Groom (Bellboy) at Domes Resorts is responsible for offering exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, informing guests about hotel facilities and services, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience throughout a guest stay. The incumbent creates a positive first and last impression for our hotel guests.
Some of the responsibilities:
Guest Arrival and Departure Assistance
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Assist with luggage handling, loading/unloading from vehicles, and escorting guests to their rooms.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences by working closely with the front desk and concierge team.
Luggage and Package Delivery
- Safely transport luggage and personal belongings to and from guest rooms.
- Deliver packages, amenities, and other items to guest rooms as requested.
- Store luggage securely for early arrivals or late departures in designated areas.
Hotel Information & Assistance
- Provide accurate information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Answer guests’ inquiries and offer recommendations for dining, entertainment and transportation.
- Coordinate with the concierge team to ensure personalized guest service.
Guest Transportation
- Arrange transportation services for guests, including taxis, airport shuttles and private transfers when asked.
- Ensure the safety of the guests adhering to driving rules inside/ outside of the hotel
Safety and Security
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed during guest interaction.
- Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the management.
