Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate Cook A to join an iconic luxury hospitality - hotel group in Cyprus — a culinary-driven environment where exceptional quality, creative expression and international standards come together to deliver a truly elevated dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver dishes according to Executive Chef standards
• Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare meat, fish and vegetables with attention to quality and presentation
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and readiness of workstations
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and restocking
• Follow kitchen SOPs, HACCP and health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as Cook A or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen operations
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Passion for quality food and continuous improvement

• Salary from €1.700 to €2.200 based on experience and qualifications
