About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
and motivated Senior IT Systems & Network Administrator to join our growing IT team.
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing
our IT infrastructure across on-premises and virtualized environments. The
ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and
a passion for delivering reliable and scalable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure,
including servers, clusters, storage, and network systems.
- Manage and support virtualized environments using VMware
vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server
and Linux systems.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security;
proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Manage hardware endpoint devices, including deployment,
lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and
business continuity solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and
organizational policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT
projects and infrastructure improvements.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical
standards.
